How do I return an item ?

Your order will be accepted for refund if returned in original condition and packaging, within 14 days from the delivery date.

The returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.

Could I return Custom Made Scarf or Personalized Scarf ?

Customized and personalized scarves are made just for you with great care and precision, therefore cannot be returned.
