Which means of payment are accepted ?
You can pay for your purchases with a credit card or charge card (MasterCard, Visa) or via Paypal.
You should enter your credit card or charge card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page.
We are not storing card credit information on our website, all banking information are managed by our Partner Société Générale (Top 10 French Bank).
Do you accept international credit cards ?
We accept international credit cards. You may need to enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card.
Is my payment secure ?
All the transactions made on Mont Kiji website are secure, the padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page begining with htpps indicated that you are in a secure setting.
We have specific security measures to protect your personal information from non authorized access and use.
When will my credit card be debited ?
Your credit card will be debited once you pass the order. In case of cancellation refund is possible upon below conditions:
Limited Edition Scarf order can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, see Return and Exchanges.
Custom Made Scarf and Personalized Scarf order cannot be cancelled.
How can I choose the currency I pay in ?
Your order will be charged in Euros.
You can find indication of the price in US dollar by clicking on the currency converter located at the top right side of the screen.
